In 2013, Mitsubishi Motors introduced the world's first plug-in hybrid SUV, the Outlander PHEV. On the heels of this groundbreaking debut, Mitsubishi has partnered with other innovators in the automotive space to celebrate their landmark achievement and latest technological advancements for their 100-year anniversary. Teaming up with the legendary aftermarket shop West Coast Customs, Mitsubishi is bridging their hundred-year history with a special vehicle build—the Mitsubishi Re-Model A.

Mitsubishi and WCC are bringing a classic symbol of their innovation story into the 21st century. The new vehicle will retain the iconic look and styling of the Model A but have the forward-thinking technology of a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle, Super All-Wheel Control and Forward Collision Mitigation. After completing its transformation, the vehicle will be making the rounds across the United States at various events and auto shows, bringing Mitsubishi fans together for the ultimate marriage of heritage and innovation.

The talent to comprehend and come up with conceptual, intangible ideas again and again is a rare one. Karan is blessed in that his brain naturally gets fantastic, associative, delightfully random ideas even when he’s not trying.
Even on the dullest of briefs or accounts he brings bite, edge and the ability to surprise.
He is extremely intelligent yet grounded. Ferociously hungry yet chilled. Accomplished, never arrogant.
Karan is an art person. A fact that you often forget because he responds to briefs and challenges like a creative director or strategist. A simple and passionate desire to attack the problem, no matter what hat you’re wearing. I would hire Karan in a flash. He is a find and he will turbocharge any team he joins.
